Is sign‑up required?

Answer: No. All templates are free and downloadable directly. The site runs on donations and advertising.

Google Sheets vs Excel

Answer: Google Sheets works in a browser, offers real‑time collaboration and automatic saves. Excel works offline, has more advanced features and VBA macros. Both versions are provided.

Do macros work in Excel?

Answer: Yes. Macros are in a separate ribbon menu. If VBA is disabled, all analytics still work with plain formulas.

Can I edit the files?

Answer: Yes. You can open the .xlsx in Excel or Google Sheets and modify formulas, add sheets, change text, colors, etc. The project attribution line must stay.

Mobile version

Answer: Use Google Sheets on mobile, or duplicate the sheet and create a Google Form for data entry. Mobile entry is verified against the mobile layout.

License

Answer: Free personal license. You can copy, modify and use forever. No resale or republishing "as is" elsewhere.

How to support the project

Answer: Donate via Ko‑fi or PayPal. Your contribution funds new templates, translations and hosting.

Is it safe?

Answer: Yes. No personal data collected on download. Only anonymous statistics (date, template, language). Cookies are for analytics and advertising only.

Can I use it for a team?

Answer: Yes. Share the Google Sheets link with team members. Everyone can edit and see updates in real time.

What if download didn’t work?

Why a spreadsheet instead of an app?

Answer: Spreadsheets are fully yours — you can see and edit every formula. No hidden analytics fees, no subscription traps, no black‑box logic. Everything is transparent.

How many templates can I track?

Answer: Each template has a default capacity (e.g., 12 habits, 100 tasks, 8 weeks). You can add unlimited rows by editing the formulas.

Can I import/export data?

Answer: Yes. Most templates include CSV import/export for bank statements, reading lists and other data.

What's the difference between bundles and individual templates?

Answer: Bundles group related templates for specific goals (Money, Productivity, Body and mind). All templates remain free individually; bundles just save you time finding what you need.
