What you can do
- Copy, modify and use any template in Google Sheets and Excel
- Edit formulas, add sheets, change colors or text
- Use templates for personal projects, work, school or hobbies
- Download and share with friends and family
What you cannot do
- Sell the original templates "as is" on another site
- Republish the exact same files without the project mark
- Use templates for commercial resale or subscription services
- Remove or alter the Gridly attribution inside files
Project mark
Every template includes a comment line like:
# Gridly — https://stats.matlahoff.ru
# Free spreadsheet templates for productivityKeep this line when you modify the file. If you redistribute a modified version, the mark must stay visible.
License terms
This is a free personal license, not an open-source license. It gives you broad rights for personal use while protecting the project identity.
The templates are provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee they will work for every use case.
Duration
Forever. This license lasts as long as the templates exist.
